it would be hard for me to know whether he is still in love; but he owes you an explanation if he ever wants to come back;more than likely he is an immature man with a using streak (maybe involved in drugs or alcohol)who isnt ready to settle down at this time. He did act like it at one time;but he may not have been that sincere. I have a feeling you will get over him faster then you think.
