Problem when pC startups clamdiggergsb 10/27/07
    At startup message reads: Windows cannot load user profile but has logged yo in witha default profile. Details - The system has attempted to load or restore a file in the registry but the spefified file is not in the registry format. Next error: Spam Substract.exe unable to lolcate component. The application failed to start because FRDATA.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Note I had removed this application previously.
