win 98se shut down problem Richelle 12/31/03
I am checking out a old system for a friend .she has win98se and it is hanging in shutdown mode.I tried most on the fixes on window support site - it only shutdown in safe mode.
Another problem is the system has a cdrom but the OS is not recognizing the drive so it can't use the cdrom.
Any help with this problem will be a good Newyears gift.

    Richard
