fdisk vs format webtrain1 09/19/03
    if I want to erase Windows 95 and install Windows 98SE, Do I need to use FDISK or just FORMAT?

      I have Windows 98 se full version. trying to remove Windows 99SE and install Windows 95B full version. So fdisk is what i need to do?
      Is format necessary then as well?

      If you have the full version of 95, then the install should format it.
