| Problem with ebay |

I made two attempts to purchase items from ebay but paypal does not except Credit Card outside the USA.
Is there a work around this problem.
What ever happen to the Global village we now live in.
I mean i can catch a plane go to the uSA an use the same card that paypal is rejecting.
