    Hi, I never used eBay but was browseing about on it and found a few things I might like. Few questions though. Do eBay charge a monthly fee to buy stuff? I don't want to sell stuff yet, I only want to buy: so will I be charged the price of the item AND a fee for using eBay? Thanks
