eight days ago i ordered a computer system from TigerTv.com. I received confirmation of the order the following day and their stated that shipping information will be e-mail to me in five days. I have not received that shipping info as yet but my bone of contention is contacting them. The e-mail that confirmed my order i can't reply to (i tried and it came back to me stating that it doesn't exist).Calling was tried to no avail(got an automated response).
When back to the site only to find out my order is on hold pending customer response(that would be me)now you see my dilemma.
Has anyone done business with this etailer - are their legit.
some assistance is needed here and i will appreciate what ever help i can get.
