    In your opinion, is smart balance vegetable shortening a healthy produt.

    It saids trans fat free, patented blend to help improve cholesterol, no hydrogenated oil. It's made with a balance of polyunsaturates, monounsaturates and saturates. 1 Tbsp has 110 calories, saturated fat 4.5g, polyunsaturated fat 3.5g and monounsaturated fat 3.5g. The ingredients are natural vegetable oil blend (soy, palm, fraction of palm and canola) vegetable monoglycerides and TBHQ to preserve freshness.
