| Blood vessels showing in eyes |

I believe they are blood vessels lines appearing in my eyes. I have been diagnoised as having eye allergy (conjunctivitus) and mild dry eye conditions.
But what really irritate my eyes the most are flourescent lights. They seem to make my eyes really red particular at large stores.
I don't have running eyes, mainly just red eyes.
I just was hoping to find something other than drugs that would help.
In your opinion, what could help.
