I go to some newsgroups, and many times I try to download a or select a message in a newsgroup. Some messages show pictures, short videos, but some only show a bunch of characters and coding, how can I unscramble all these to produce the pic or video it's suppose to show? |

As I said, you need a decoder utility. My answer told you how to find some.
