Do you already have a networking card(sometimes referred to as a NIC -- Network Interface Card) in each PC? This would be the most common way to go, but other kinds of networking are possible if you don't.

Both PC's have nic cards. I am trying to send a few applications that are too large to save on zip disks, installed on another pc. Any free website that is an online drive space to store up to 300mb? I needs to be free.

If both PCs have network cards, you can use a hub or a crossover cable to network them.
I would suggest goign to practicallynetworked.com for tutorials on how to set up a network between those 2 machines. Its not hard but requires going thru a number of steps that are too much to be details here when they exist elsewhere.
