    How many father/son combinations ever wore the stars of either General or Admiral in the United States armed forces? I can only think of two: the Generals Arthur MacArthur and Douglas MacArthur and the Generals Benjamin O. Davis, Sr. and Benjamin O. Davis, Jr.
