confidential trust betrayed sunnie01_ks 06/21/04
What is the standard privacy policy between a patient and their therapist? What does a person do after bringing this matter of "suspicion" that my privacy was violated to the administrators attention, and the therapist was terminated,(i'm not sure of the exact reasons why)and i've never heard back from anyone, leaving me even more distraught and depressed.

      Clarification/Follow-up by sunnie01_ks on 06/24/04 1:27 pm:
Thank-you! I have lost my disabilty pension also as a result to this issue.Reason being;no proof of on going therapy.(there is very little resourses here that are availible for me,but have continual care through my physician.)I spoke with the mental health centers adminstrator concerning this issue, and he offered to accept me as a client.Went to my first session yesterday with and felt very uncomfortable.(i'm not sure of why)It has taken me 4years to try and get back on my feet, mentally and financially only to have it all pulled out from underneath me.I feel like i haven't got any choices left;that i'm doomed.
