I would like to market directly to Doctors, Dentists, Laboratories, Clinics, and other non-institutional companies in my area. I am looking for information on how I can target this specific audience?
I would like to be able to send these out from a data file that I obtain. I would send them then call on the office the enxt day, rather then blanket the area.

Hello, I do not know about your area, but in Japan there are companies that are called " brokers" that can be found in most yellow pages. They sell one time use lists of specific markets based on your criteria.
The list usually provides contact address, phone, fax and person' name. The tightly targeted your list the higher the price.
For example a list of dentists only is cheaper than a list of dentists specializong in bridge work and making over 50,000 a year, and has responded to direct mail within a certain period.
