How to refer the first version of a GDG in my JCL |

Hi Fredg,
Thanks for writing , but the scenario is that "You know only the GDG Base and nothing else, the limit may be any number, the Empty parameter may be active or not active,You know only the Base and using that you need to refer the GDG's first available version in the JCL". Assume the GDGs are created long back.
Can you please solve it.
