"Save File As" dialog is taking too long when downloading, why ? kashkash 01/05/04
    Hi There.
We have just recently added a new proxy server based on Red Hat 9 OS.
Ever since we added the proxy, it is taking too much time for the "Save File" dialog to appear when i.m downloading. i believe that the proxy itself downloading the file to its drive (cache) and right after that i can save the file on my own computer. if the file is about 2MB its just taking 2 Min', but as for a 500MB file ??? would i wait forever ???
I think it is connected somehow to my squid proxy server but if so, Where and what do i need to do ?
P.S. The surfing on the web has no problems.
    Thanks a lot...

    Kash Kash.
