might you know if it is really possible for a private investigator to be able to do a background check on someone to find out if they are married or have a criminal record?. How can they know whether or not someone is married or has a criminal record? Do they go to every court in the country to look for marriage licenses or criminal records? What if you don't know all the places the person has lived at? |
