How to get rid of toadstools bluto 10/03/05
    Hello all....

Ok....location is the midwest. I have a new lawn. It was put in as fresh seed almost exactly one year ago. In my back yard, which borders a tree line there are dozens and dozens of small brownish toadstools popping up. Currently they are only about 2-3 inches tall, and the umbrella is aboput the size of a quarter to a fifty cent piece. Not sure how big they can get, but I need to get them out of the yard.

Is there any way to get rid of them? I spent about an hour 2 days ago pulling them out by the root, but I see that either they are coming back or they are just new ones. They are growing quite fast. I applied some weed and feed spray thinking it might slow them down, but it has not.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks :)
