Hello, I just removed a tree in my back yard, which is a mixture of grasses,with a lot of sun, mostly Marathon 1, which i do not like because it does not spread, even when a dog leaks on it.....I would like a grass that stays green all year and can be cut short and will spread to cover any dead spots...we have a mild climate here with lots of sun. thanks, ChefGeno
