I have a bond revocation hearing in a couple of days. I do not feel my hired attorney is giving me sufficent representation and am at risk of being put in jail. If I were to fire my attorney in the presence of the judge at the beginning of the hearing, what would happen? Will the hearing be rescheduled allowing me to seek another attorney? |
