If you live in a "one party" state where if one person is aware that telephone conversations are being taped then you may tape the calls, do you have to state that the call is being taped every time a call is made or recieved?
Here is the situation. Ex has been told that her phone calls are taped when she calls or when she is called. So if she calls or if she recieves calls from our number she knows that they are taped. Does it matter who she is calling or who calls her? Does she have to be informed every time that she calls or when someone calls her from our number that she is being taped? She already knows it. Since she was told from the beginning that her calls are taped and she calls or recieves calls from our number is that implied consent? Thanks. |
