| major neighbor issues!!! |

I am having severe problems with a neighbor and have repeatedly called the police and nothing has helped the situation and I am at a loss on what I should do. Here is the run down: blowing up items in the street; attempting to run down children with dirt bikes in the public street; harrassment; vandalizing our cars; attemptin to set our house on fire; attemptin gto set our dog on fire; yelling at us when we have our doors or windows open; throwing bricks at houses; yelling profanity and threats when we walk out of our home; poisoning our flowers; stolen vehicles littering the streets; drunkeness; drug possession and dealing; grandma dealing cocaine on the corner; selling stolen cars; harrassing potential home buyers when some neighbors try to sell their homes( out of 6 homes 4 are for sale due to this problem); assults in the street; spreading garbage up the street and littering peoples yards; and harrassing children with profanity and threatening violence. We have called the police over and over and one officer told us he has been to the residence over 30 times in 2 weeks and it has done no good. this was just one officer. We are afraid for our safety because the current tenant has served time for drugs, assult, car theft, selling stolen cars, and burglary. He has already threatend to shoot up our house because he is no longer getting assistance for his houseing from the state and is complaining that we are taking away his benefits. All of our neighbors except for this one own and we have spoken to the landlord and he can't evict because of the current landlord tennant laws. Please help us go into the right direction and save our street! |
