| my agitator is stuck!! |

After doing a load of laundry on my Kenmore top loading washer, I found the clothes to be quite wet still, apparently because it was not spinning. I cannot get the agitator to turn counter clockwise at all as it did before (it would usually only turn this way). Now it seems to be stuck, won't move at all. The water still drains out, but the carriage does not spin, nor will the agitator. It does make a noise as if it wants to, but nothing moves. Does anyone know what might cause this and if it's possible to fix it myself? Thanks, Jen |
