| Is there any way to have a kosher tender steak? |

Please help. Every time I make steak (like rib eye), I soak the steaks in soy sauce and then grill, but they never come out really tender. I keep kosher and was wondering if it is because the steaks are salted prior to cooking that makes them tough. My question is: Is there any way to have a kosher tender steak? |
