| best place to learn and then get a job |

my cousin says that if i come back to the USA to try my luck as a medical coder or at medical billing. how much do they make and how tough is it getting jobs for such type of work in Arizona, chicago or florida.
Where will go to learn the above? How about a community college? I already know the basics, but i still need to brush up my skills thanks |
