      true it is a cover designed to create a legitimacy to the next phase of the operation . He also announced that when he attends the NATO conference in Istanbul that he would try to get a NATO face to the operation (forgetting the fact that NATO already contibutes a large contingent if you combine the forces of the many NATO members of the coalition. I guess it doesn't count unless it has France and German blessing).

      France ,and Russia are already poised to throw monkey wrenches into the U.N.Resolution.,but I'm sure they are willing to deal . Maybe if we return all the economic advantages they enjoyed during their cozy relationship with Saddam ,then they would be willing to go along. Lets see;the U.S.sacrifices over 750 Americans to liberate a nation from a regime that France and Russia helped keep in power by stealing money that was supposed to go to feed the Iraqi people ;and when the dust is settled we need those same nations approval to legitimize our actions ? I don't think so .
