    Hello there,
    I have a question regarding IPE.
    I understand it may be out of your expertise.

    In relations to International Political Economy, politics is in control of economics according to mercantilists. Economics is the basis for everything else, including politics says Marxists.

    So, I’m confused…who is right and how would one settle this dispute?
