1 month ago my boyfriend and i went to this city 4 hours from our home town. this town is known for selling drugs,our purpose of going to that city (ozamiz city, philippines) is to just chill out and go shopping. about two weeks then, troubl came and he was suspected as the drug lord of Dipolog city ( this is where we both live). and then just recently my boyfriend was visited by two policeman asking him to go with them for investigation. they claimed that they are the chief of Philippine drug enforcement agency, my bf then go with them with no choice. i just want to ask if whether theres a protocol for proper investigation or interrogation for this? does the interrogator need to show some warrants or whatevr papers for them o conduct the investigation?
another thing is that my boyfriend was investigate in a stock house owned by his uncle. the two policeman then showed him the drug and insisted and forced him to claim that his selling drugs. please help us... |
