I am not sure if you will have an answer to my question, but I appreciate you taking the time to read it.
I want to import gold jewlery from Mexico, mostly small items ($10-$12). I would bring it back myself. I know that the limit for duty free is $400, but I will probably be carrying around $1500 worth of items. I am trying to find out what the import duty is on gold jewlery from the US to Mexico, and whether I could just go through customs with this amount of goods or if I would have to ship.
