IN CALIFORNIA ARE MINORS WHO COMMITT A CRIME AND/OR THEIR PARENTS ALLOWED TO LOOK AT THE POLICE REPORT FOR SAID MINOR? |
Clarification/Follow-up by tarot10 on 08/10/04 5:22 pm: Have you called your police department to ask them this question?
The last time I called my local police department, I was told the person committing the crime cannot get a copy of the police report. Only the victime is allowed to purchase a copy.
But a legal representative might be able to get copies.
