| How do deal with envying colleagues |

I work in an organisation that employs 16 doctors to provide services for clients.
We work under head doctor.She assigns duties for us and oversease the running of the facility I work at.
This is my 6th year working here.
I am undertaking masters studies in surgery at the local university.So I always report to work at 4pm and work till 10pm.
For the past 4 months I have noted that there's something fishy going behind my back.
Whenever there's a small mistake it's blown out of proportion.Take for example that I delay to report for 5 minutes,I shall be summoned and warned of lateness.But what beats my mind is that I am not the only employee who reports late to work.There are other 2 colleagues who do report as late as 45 minutes and I don't see any action taken on them.
I am not happy about this and it seems that my in-charge has personal vendetta against me.
It's either one of my proffessional colleagues who's undermining me or the boss who feels threatened that I am getting an extra degree.
Whow do I easy my stress from my immediate boss.
How do I resolve this malicious character assassination from the other colleagues? |
