    An employer requires that an employee punch in or out at the exact scheduled time...not 1 minute before or after. Is this a legal practce or is there perhaps a 2 minute rule or something to that effect? Disciplinary action has been promised for non-compliance.

      Thank you very much for your response. As it turns out the Union was in last month trying to organize....guess this pretty well makes the decision for us.
