| Concret step need of repair |

I have railings on my step. On 2 corners, a block of concret has fallen off exposing the railing root. Before this happened we had to stablise the railing on top of the step by using some kind of compound that hardened the base of the railing to the step.
In your opinion, what is the best way to repair the step and the railing?
