Starting home based Candy Business dmartin 03/15/06
    I am looking at making candy (chocolates) at home to sell at fairs, to friends for holidays, weddings, etc. I am just starting to research this and am trying to find out if i need 1) liability insurace and 2) retail license. I live in IL.
