I don't know any thing about valentine day's rules could someone tell me what is the rule of this day; someone told me if I dont have a partner and I want to have romance with a girl , I should give her a bunch of flowers or gift,etc.Is that correct, and then what will happen if the girl had a boyfriend or some one else give her flower sooner than me, can I be the second one ,or is it correct that I give to a girl with boy friend,it's better to give her flower in public or in private? |
