Medical Savings Programs and AARP supplementary insurance sallie00 04/01/04
I can't afford Major medical insurance. So, I have a medical saving programs that give you ppo rates or access to the same reduced rates the insurance companies uses.

I wanted to still supplement it, so AARP have plans from $14 to 50, that pay 50 to $150 a day in hospitals or outpatient services.

My info, is limited because, I am waiting to receive info from them. Some of you may be familar with the plans already. But I wanted some feedback sooner, if I could.

In your opinion, is this a good alternative to having major medical.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
