And if you want to add text to your image file, it would be helpful to know what sort of graphics programs you have available to use.

Yes I mean adding text over the picture itself -like u do with a pen when drawing a circles on pics. around people's heads who u hate- not renaming it or so.

I only have these graphics programs that naturally come with windows.
