About a phrase Manabu 11/17/06
    >--To maintain compliance with FCC radio frequency emission limits the use of quadshield, RG-6/U type CATV cable is required for connection to the CATV system.

I'm having trouble understanding this part:

"To maintain compliance with FCC radio frequency emission limits the use of quadshield,"

Is the "FCC radio frequency emission limits the use of quadshield" part a set phrase?

I can understand the meaning if it's:

"To maintain compliance with FCC radio frequency emission limits,"

I'm also having trouble understanding the meaning of "the use of quadshield."

    Could you please help me?
