How do you handle it when you come upon two coworkers who you are sure are talking about you (because they immediately change the subject when they catch sight of you)? Should you just continue doing what you were going to do or should you make a joke of it, like, "Hmmm caught you talking about me again!" or what? This has happened to me a couple of times lately, the most recent being the boss talking to a coworker. Maybe I'm paranoid...maybe they were just having a private conversation and didn't want me to hear any part of it (maybe????). |
