| Elementary schools locations? |

In our world geography class we were to answer several questions reguarding the geography of Chattanooga, TN where we are located. One of the questions asked was:
"where and why are elementary schools located here?
- I can understand the need for the schools to be where they are but would their be possibly any deeper answers as to where and why they are there?
-There are around 30 elementary schools located in Hamilton county (Chatt). I just dont fully understand why choose that specific area to build the schools and what is the reasoning behind it. |
