How do you get the back off the recliner? Thanks in advance! keenu (We have a loud snapping noise when you close the footrest and want to take it apart)
Clarification/Follow-up by keenu on 01/16/05 12:12 pm: There is a panel that seems to be riveted or screwed but not velcroed. I felt rails on the sides so I think it does slide out. I guess the next thing would be to rip the panel off...? We have a 98 model with massage and heat, one of the vibrators stopped working. (I thought it was about the noise but apparently it's about the massage problem!O
