What is the best way to clean the cloth on the furniture like couches, etc..? I also have a big futon pad and kinda dirty (just got it from someone), so whats the best way to clean that?
Also I been thinking of putting some nice solid color sheets over these couches because I dont like the cloth on them now... is there any best way to do that, some trick, needles, staples, etc? Thanks |
Clarification/Follow-up by curiousz on 09/07/03 1:54 am: Ok, how do I steam clean, do I need to buy a cleaner, if so from where? how much do they cost? I am kinda on a budget...
Also, what about those quick dry foam cleaners someone else was talking about? I think the fabric is a polyster kind of thing, kinda rough, definitely not like cotton or the silky soft velvety type either.
And what about those pre-made cover sheets or throws that go for like $20-40? I am tempted to just go for that too. But I think I still wanna clean it before I do not, because I think there is a certain smell on this fabric.
Thanks.
