| Trying to make a sofa decision: need advice! |

Hello all! We are remodeling our home, and are in the market for a new sofa, which will serve as the centerpiece of our decorator's plan. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a resource I could use to gather as much information as I can, so I can avoid trusting furniture salespeople. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have some antiques, and I prefer tradional styles. It is a small room with a fireplace and cathedral ceilings, with large windows and the adjacent kitchen is open. Also, the sofa must be a sleeper. We're looking for advice based on value and reputation, but we definitely want something nice that will last a while. Thanks!
