Nutritional value of light green cabbage sallie00 05/04/07
    At a fruit market I bought a huge cabbage. I was concerned whether it has much nutritional value because it is very light in color like a pale lime green.

    I had heard with lettuce the darker it is the more nutritional it is. In your opinion, would that apply to this cabbage.
