| legs are hurting |

Hi first time on here so please be nice I need to excercise as i have just found out i am going in the police force and need to pass my fitness exam. I have a running machine, trampoline and rowing machine, have been on the running machine for the past month and got to the point where I am not getting out of breath no more. I do 20 mins on the running machine - walking at a fast pace and run for a minute and a half then walk then run, because i am not getting out of breath the problem is that my legs are kiling me and the questions i want to ask are If i do 20mins on the running machine, 10 mins on trampoline and 10 mins on rowing machine for 5 days a week mid week, i am doing too much in one go? Will my legs stop hurting and how long?
