3 yrs is a long time. You need to start at a slower pace. Also, trying to get rid of 5 kgs in 15 days is absurd and you are putting your self in grave danger.
The best thing to do is to consult your physician.

If you do what I tell you you will see measurable results very quickly, but if you work out heavily you will start to add muscle and you won't loose weight. So start slowly as I suggest, if you want intensity run a little or better still walk fast. The point of this diet is to enable the body to adjust and to remove all sources of fat. You can increase your workout later, the breathing is very important.
The modern diet is loaded with fat and sugar, it is not burnt, this is why people gain weight.
That supplement is loaded with caffine. You are better off without that.
in answer to sunshine 4-5kg a week is possible without harm, we are not talking about long term here and if adjustments are made to diet and life style the weight will stay off

you don't need to stay on a vegetarian diet to achieve results in fact it's hard to get the protein if you do.
1. only one source of protein at each meal. Eg. don't eat meat and cheese in the same meal
2. Drink large quantities of water. No sugar based drinks, no alcohol, limited caffine, no milk
3. Good quantites of vegetables at each meal. Eat the green vegetables and eat avacodo, tomato each day
4. keep the fat out this means no pizza, no potato, no bread or bakery products, no preprepared food. Use olive oil in cooking and as a dressing in salad. No more than two eggs a day
5 eat as much celery, lettice, cabbage as you want. Eat green vegetables every day, brascia family, green beans, Eat at least three pieces of fruit a day including apples
6 exercise in moderation but get the heart rate up to burn fat
7. deep breathing, this is important ten deep breaths before every activity. This oxygenates the blood and provides energy
8. eat regular meals, five hours between meals and eat more of the good foods.
so to summarise breathe, water, eliminate fatty foods, increase vegetable intake, apples, exercise
