hi! i have a question!
you have probably seen the (8 min abs) video, before, i'm a 17 year old man, and i have a 6-pack.
i was wondering if you knew if i could move from a 6-pack to an 8-pack on this video...or is there other moves(than the video) that i could have an 8-pack on...if so, can you guide me to those right moves......please write here, do not guide me to books, or something i have to pay for...i hate it, when people do that!!!
another question: if the video really gets me into an 8-pack, how long would i workout to get the 8-pack? i workout every other day (8 minutes! of course!)...so is that enough?
