hello
i was wondering if you can make me a workout plan that i can practice when im working out, please notice this:
1. I workout at home with a benchpress with a leg extension machine, (NOT IN THE GYM), please note that when you are trying to make the program.
2. I haven't trained in one year, so i consider my self as a beginner(advanced)
3. im 17 years old. and i weigh about 140 pounds
4. the most i can lift in a benchpress is about 100lbs
5. i want to gain muscle mass, and be like a (cover model) NOT a body builder.
6. i have bought protein powder(whey powder), i haven't begun using it, how much should i take every day??
please help me with this plan. im beging you....please
