Hello,
I'm writing a story and need the following information: you arrive on a scene and find a bicyclist has been hit by a car (hit and run). He is unconscious and pale but is not bleeding outwardly. (scenario is he is bleeding internally and will die of that and possibly head injury within a few hours.) What do you do, how do you respond? What do you report to the hospital? There is one teenage girl present on the scene, no one else.
