    How do I find my state web address. I am looking to see what type of medical insurance they have.

      The closest thing the web has to a directory lookup is a search engine. Yahoo has, in addition to the word search functions available from other search engines, an "epistemologically organized" directory where you can look things up by following a hierarchical tree-like structure.
